Salary package if you can negotiate during hiring.. and easy recognition as the company is small. Flexibility in timings.

Cons

The work is not very technical and mind challenging which leads to ultimately getting disconnect from your work. No proper processes and continuous changes in higher management. Work life balance is bad for some.
