      Healthcare is a growth industry There are a lot of front-line team members who really care about the quality of their work Somewhat flexible working hours (depending on your manager)

      Quality of software product delivered is terrible It's embarrassing trying to always explain to clients why things keep failing in production Upper management says that they care about their employees and customers, but their actions show that they only care about making money for themselves People are leaving the company very quickly because they are placed in a no-win situation

      Pros

      hCentive provides its employees with a great work environment with flexible hours and competitive pay. The company also provides a large HRA account to offset medical costs among other great benefits.

      Cons

      There are no real downsides to working at hCentive. The business continues to grow each year as more and more clients are obtained. The area of health insurance exchanges is booming and hCentive is right in the center of the action, creating an exciting atmosphere.
