      -Flexible schedule and hours -Great environment -Friendly Co-workers -Gives me a place to develop and grow my skills. I have really enjoyed working at hCentive and think it is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can be a little hectic if there is a lot going on in the week and you feel there isn't enough time to get everything done.

      Pros

      hCentive has been a great place to work. The open start-up environment makes it not only exciting but enlightening. And the fact that the software I'm working with will help stand-up state and federal healthcare exchanges potentially affecting millions of Americans makes the job enriching and important.

      Cons

      It is a start-up so they are still getting their processes and procedures in place. Can be a little annoying but they are working on all the issues and address issues as soon as they arise. +

      Great opportunities if you want to grow professionally. You must work smart in addition to working hard. This company is not for someone who just wants to work and receive reward. You must have ownership to your work and take charges to get things done. If you can do that, there are great rewards at the end of the road!

      Cons

      Sometime, lack of understand can lead people to be unhappy. Again, taking ownership and asking the right questions can help solve this issue.
