Pros

Caring Management who always listens to employees. Amazing culture where anyone is approachable. Even in critical times, the team works together and gets going on the delivery which is core to any software company. BA/QA/Dev all work together on a very complex application and always strive for successful delivery. HR teams are helpful as well and are never intrusive or disruptive. They also understand the requirements of members who go above and beyond to deliver. Recent win may just be the shot in the arm that's required.

Cons

Some poor people are always gossiping and probably need treatment. Recent win helps, but some more is definitely required.
