- Fantastic co-workers - Excellent CEO - Flexible work environment - Challenging work

Cons

Not a con, but this is a flexible, dynamic, and challenging environment to work in and those that thrive in such surroundings will excel and do a great job! However, such environments aren't for everyone. I will say that the hard work put in is very rewarding.

hCentive provides its employees with a great work environment with flexible hours and competitive pay. The company also provides a large HRA account to offset medical costs among other great benefits.

Cons

There are no real downsides to working at hCentive. The business continues to grow each year as more and more clients are obtained. The area of health insurance exchanges is booming and hCentive is right in the center of the action, creating an exciting atmosphere.
