One of the best organization to work for in PAST. but things changed drastically soon. The Indian top management had no clue what there were doing. There so called best resources were given the product as a child heredity and asked to create the worst system they can think of.
Doing everything with batches and manual intervention in today's world is how the application was designed.
And post everything falling apart, all they did was to fire employees who were doing ground work of stabilization as the the other guys were busy disrupting a running business.
The CEO is a great person but has given the organization run command in wrong hands.
Opportunities exist only if you are closer to the top managers.
No recognition for any work.
Firing of resources
No job security now.
No Learning a lot.
No new initiative, People who try to make a change are first once to be given on PIP(Performance improvement plan).
Stay quite and accept the blunder code they write, else they will give you so much work that u will be on PIP next month.
