No Pros . company is not good in condition so dont go here.

1.Very Hectic Burden on QA team. 2 No Process . everything on Priority. 3,Some Lead consider themselves us the CEO of the company. only see youtube or fb and give task to their subordinates. 4.company not in good shape . so after hiring they will put people on PIP and make them Pressure to leave the company so guys never join it

Pros

Some projects have a fair roadmap (very dynamic though) and a person can grow technically well if takes initiative and works hard. Flexible work timings (don't overdo of course), shuttle services, free snacks, gym, games room.

Cons

Major products are almost developed and only enhancements and revamps (sometimes unnecessary & customer specific) going on, hence less learning for any new joiner as compared to the scene which was there 3 years back.
