Ability to be flexible with working from home on ocassion. Hours are flexible but are heavily watched. free lunch every day.
Cons
Leadership, Starting Salary is bad for younger new folks. Onshore offshore model is disfunctional

1. Young organization. People show lot of zeal be it work or fun activities. 2. Quality of work – Immense technical exposure. One always get the chance to work on high end latest technologies 3. High probability of getting onsite assignments and exposure to work directly with US clients 4. Fastest growing IT product organization in US Healthcare Domain and hence your future is bright with organization future 5. Good Pay master ; seems to be best in industry 6. Soothing work environment

1.Frequent restructure in Top management 2. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to delivery processes and organization policies <Though things have improved a lot in last one year or so> 3. Lack of Brand Value here in India
