Pros

If you are yes man then you will have good growth and you will have multiple oppurtunities to work in utter chaos.

Cons

One of most highly unprofessional company. Unprofessionallism is evident in all departments ranging from hr/finance to engineering teams. Some of the projects are very poorly managed and is being run in autocratic way. Either you work like a donkey with no questions and opinions or you will be humiliated all across. No scope for personal development and company is just focussed on getting work done with no focus on building a work culturr. It's a shame on the product development company to not have any innovative technical sessions be it a competition within or technical sessions or hackathons. When you propose any such thing you are mocked at by Sr. Mgmt.

Pros

The domain that hCentive works in is one of the fastest growing business areas right now. If you are smart about using your time here, you can learn a lot. There are some good initiates being taken and good people being hired. The future will depend on how these changes are implemented.

Cons

Highly political and bureaucratic organisation that is run by insecure middle and senior management. Training/ learning/ professional development is discouraged. Time-Off , Vacation policies are sub par from industry standards. Women are missing from top leadership. Women with potential are discouraged from taking on leadership roles. Innovative ideas are discouraged. The offshore model is unsustainable.
