1. People at higher level are very biased and do favoritism. If you are working good or you know how to butter, then to survive here, you have to have the latter mentioned quality.
2. Very poor management around here. Most of them really don't know how to estimate deadlines of sub modules of a project and then, ultimately make Developers/QA suffer to complete those as per their miscalculated estimated time.
3. HR team is bunch of egoistic maniacs who will go to any extent for their selfish reasons. Very unprofessional. They talk like they are the owners of the company who actually 'run' the company. Rather than selecting employee's referrals, they would go for pvt hiring consultants with whom their commission is attached and seek help from them to get inferior quality of people to come for interview at a lower cost (considering employee referral bonus is pretty big here).
4.No work-life balance.
5.No cab option (cab only till nearest metro stations).
6.Only 15 leaves in a year.
