Very open culture. You can ask anything to anyone. Not much hierarchies in designation that makes work environment more comfortable. All managers are technical and are very helpful and supportive.

Cons

Since its not a very big company still struggling with products and clients. At production time work load is quite high.

Very good technical staff in the company. Some of very good brains working here.

Cons

Every 3 months, company is changing its vision. Don't have any road map. Right from the time, this company is found, till now, no body knows where they are heading. You can rolled off from project, over night, your US ticket can get cancelled over night, project urgency can come any time, your seat can change. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN ANY MOMENT !!!
