So far , I’ve only been to the orientation, and between getting interviewed && orientation I can tell honeygrow will be one of the BEST jobs I’ll ever have. The vibe is immaculate. The managers we’re all very welcoming. We all shared laughs the entire time. I can tell they pay attention to detail as well, because the team they picked we all were very open && communicative to one another as if we’ve known each other beforehand. They’ve expressed how team members were able to grow within the company in a short time , so the growth is there , and I not only seen that, I felt it. I believe it’s there. Iknow it’s there. Such a down to earth place to be.

This is a very nice place of work. The employees are very nice, and so are the benefits.

Cons

Scheduling can be a little bit rough, at least for underage employees who have things like school. The hiring process was also rough under the previous manager, Mr. Meed, as it took weeks of un-answered emails and texts to get my onboarding done and started, after I was told at the interview I had been hired (before my location opened) but he was unresponsive for weeks afterwards, with me having to go to the store in person to recieve instructions.
