Pros

The job itself is easy, great operating hours, closed on all major holidays, free employee meals up to $17 per shift.

Cons

Weak pay, no bonuses, very little support or communication from RSO, 401K after 1 year vested, 90 days wait for medical, dental etc... No roll over of PTO.

Got to work mornings which helped while studying.

Cons

Management was in all sorts of different kahoots before I came and only got worse as time went on. It wasn't bad to the point of being stressed but it wasn't worth the drama in that environment.

Their were some really friendly managers but also some terrible managers. They're also very nice when you have to miss a shift.

Cons

Constantly texting asking if I could come in and work on my days off.
