Pros
If you’re fortunate enough to get good employees, you can actually build bonds and fun friendships with fellow employees. They’re very funny and full of personality. If the managers are actually doing their job correctly and the shift runs smoothly, everyone including the managers can all have a good laugh and joke around. We throw mini parties, they let us cook random foods that we all share with each other.
Cons
Don’t try to do everything humanely possible to be noticed and or move up. The managers don’t care. By the time they do care it’s like 50 years after you yourself stop caring. The management team is terrible, we run out of supplies, employees don’t feel noticed or heard or seen. There is management drama, pettiness from managers, communication is not top tier. Some managers don’t evaluate themselves. The current manager thinks she’s on a pedestal. She hires too many people and forces everyone to get their hours cut or to leave early, shortening their expected checks.
