You get to meet a lot of people who are kind and care about your growth.

Cons

Pay is between 11-13 for a team member but everyone is not payed equally. I f you worked there for two years and someone gets hired after you they are making way more. Managers' pay ranges from 14-18. As a manager, that pay is not worth the pressure, the lack of teamwork from your General manager (specifically Fishtown and Temple), and how unclean the environment is to even work there; imagine eating. There is favoritism and no respect. I understand that in many workplaces there are these kinds of people but here its the worse experience I've ever had.
