Pros

Culture is great and always exciting with the high-growth of the brand and opening of new restaurants. The work feels rewarding and the people are wonderful to work with. Good benefits and PTO. Good opportunities to grow and continuously learn.

Cons

Smaller but growing company in the fast casual space, so definitely some growing pains working to establish standard procedures and materials. This can make the work more challenging/time-consuming but also allows you to be creative.

I've worked in the honeygrow corporate office for several years now and I love it. Our leadership is strong, supportive, and accommodating. I think I have been here for so long because I understand the importance of keeping an open line of communication between myself and my supervisor. Being honest and open is key to being happy in your role. Benefits are generous and the employee meal perks are A+
