- very diverse lots of black, white, Latin and middle eastern employees - free food and drinks for employees - family-like environment

Cons

- pay isn't that good - management was terrible which just distrupted the flow of everything and would cause work to be a rather toxic environment

Pros

- as a first time GM I learned a lot about how to run a buisness, everything was very user friendly, and anything you needed to know was on a doc or SOP - holiday closed and paid holidays -fast paced ( time goes by very fast) -healthy food - free shift meal for family - excellent work/life balance -great PTO

Cons

-pay - can be a little disorganized at times in terms of vendors and communication but that is common with a growing company - no recognized for hard work all of the time
