Good Coworkers, Good Food, Bad Management and Not Enough Pay

$12 toward food for every shift, great coworkers, good location, good food, food prep experience,

Cons

no benefits or insurance, no 401(k), unorganized management, constantly running out of food, you only get good hours 6 months out of the year (at my location), you'll get tired of the food after working there for a few months,

With honeygrow still being a relatively young company in the scheme of things, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special, something that will grow (no pun intended), and something that has great room for advancement. In my time here (a little over a year) I've already noticed several individuals receive promotions or other types of awards/appreciation.

Cons

Start-up growing pains that are being worked out.
