Pleasure to be working a group like this. They are a very creative bunch and you really have to have a good sense of humor to keep up. People come here early and leave late so when I started, I knew what to expect from this kind of culture. From my a little over a year on the job I see myself being here for a long time.

Cons

Nothing really, just a lot going on and you need to keep up with the pace and keep organized

Great people working in a fast paced environment, both at HQ and in the stores. You won't be bored here. Hard work is needed as we continue to make our way towards greatness with determination, attention to detail and recognizing that when a mistake is made we fix it.

None, though you will need a healthy sense of humor if you want to fit in with your coworkers.
