Pros

The company is fast growing in the commerce market and provide plenty of opportunities to employees. I had been able to work with amazingly great people. In our day-to-day work we use the latest programming technologies and processes. We are a full agile/scrum shop with lot of scrum teams. We use programming technology such as J2EE, Spring and REST based web services.

Cons

As a large start-up :) i.e. a very fast growing company, IT had difficulty to support the business growth. However, this has improved over the last few months. Another issue were salary level and benefits, which are now improving and are at par with the job market place.
