Pros
Being a part of active growth within the company gave opertunities to weigh in and develop new procesures/ect personally. Being involved in so many changes felt like a fast and effective way to showcase skills and knowledge
Cons
Trying to run a big growing company with their old small business habits has been a painful experience for some departments. Due to the budget there are still crucial systems that need updating and no current opertunities for overtime or bonuses for multiple departments.
