This was once a great company but the new leadership after the owners sold is all about themselves. It is run like a fraternity…if you are part of the club, you benefit regardless of performance. Too many high performers are forced out. C-suite is disconnected from the real workers.

Fake cultural pitch from day one. They lure you in with all kinds of punch lines but none of it is lived if you aren't in the "good old boy" club and padding the C-suites pockets. The even use things like ones religious Fath and Charity to suck you in and then spit you out once they have sucked the blood out of you.
