      Ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cuts contractors short of contracted hours to pocket additional income. Then tried to offer us jobs and lure us away from our current employer to work other contracts for them at lower rate.

      We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our clients for the length of our contract work. Our rates are being driven lower and lower by our competition in the marketplace. Our recruiting efforts are always up front, never offering what we cannot deliver, and never misleading to try to lure anyone away from their current positions. We offer work to interested available resources at competitive rates. Thank you for your service to our company. Hopefully we can work together again.

      Pros

      Great opportunities and the employees are well taken care. The culture is very employee friendly and salary is above the market. Management is always looking in advance for our next project even if it is a year out.

      Benefits were just increased again! No cons to working for i360!
