      Pros

      A small company with a very warm and friendly work environment. Work life balance is amazing. Work load can be heavy at times but the support never fails. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Weak Recruiting. The recruiter I had was horrible at communication. Doesn't answer phone and doesn't return phone calls. In the dark most of the time. Did well on the tech interview. Very sluggish on scheduling HR interview. Recruiters need to work on their people skills.

      Deadlines don't mean all that much.

      Pros

      Good group of people to work with. Interesting projects. Some opportunity to work across projects and broaden skill set. Interesting internal projects when not assigned to billable work.

      Cons

      Project deadlines have less to do with the work actually needed to complete a task and more to do with low-balling contracts for sales. They are negotiated to make a sale, and then the delivery staff is expected to do whatever is needed to complete the assignment, usually an excessive amount of uncompensated overtime.
