      The culture. Its collaborative. The work is balanced. Personal lives are respected. Opportunities and reimbursement for career development are available and can be worked out with the immediate manager. Its growing! So great opportunity to grow with the company!

      Smaller company, so the path for career growth is not defined.

      Pros

      A small company with a very warm and friendly work environment. Work life balance is amazing. Work load can be heavy at times but the support never fails. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Weak Recruiting. The recruiter I had was horrible at communication. Doesn't answer phone and doesn't return phone calls. In the dark most of the time. Did well on the tech interview. Very sluggish on scheduling HR interview. Recruiters need to work on their people skills.
