Getting tons of practical experience

Pros

The work involves challenging projects focused on manufacturing software solutions. There are lots of opportunities to learn new tools and work on global implementations. I really like the culture here and appreciate all the practical experience I'm getting.

Cons

The pressure increases significantly when multiple deliverables are due at the same time.

Cruel and Brutal Work Hours Leave No Hope!

Pros

I have not seen any positivity here in the time I spent here. It was a bad workplace for honest employees like me.

Cons

Working here is rougher than walking on fire. The work hours are long, brutal, and exhausting. Employees have to work so much because the leadership makes bad decisions and then makes things worse by trying to correct their mistakes. Employees were asked to follow one thing and then change directions when the work was almost completed. It led to the need to overwork and re-work, and it was terribly stressful. Things would have been better if there was some clarity before the work began. I didn’t like their poor attitude. I expected a better response to queries and better feedback incorporation. They need to do better. If they don’t, they will keep losing good employees until there are none left.

• Interesting projects that present real engineering challenges • Team members are skilled and supportive • Management lets employees work in peace (no interference unless absolutely necessary) • Opportunity to learn new tools and technologies • Good salary and benefits

Cons

Some legacy systems still in use (should be replaced to speed up the work)
