No one gets fired--but everyone quits before it gets that bad.
Cons
Worst job I ever had-- this place still thinks it is in the days of Slickdeals. I felt like a Walmart employee in that I had to clock in and out for a salaried position. Lots of green card abus: they hire a lot of workers from Taiwan at below-market rate. Quotas are moving targets, unrealistic expectations. This is the only office job where I saw people walk up and quit without notice regularly.
