Pros
Good job to get by, Flexible schedule, good benefits, great people, company events once in awhile, lots of food places near by, great commute.
Cons
Pay is low for most people, forget room for advancement, 10 min walk from JacMar to onsite job rain or shine, dirty restrooms with toilet paper everywhere on the ground, old building, a lot of backed up work, having to help other peoples position due to mess, takes 1 year before you maybe get parking and 1 year before 401k, hard to get raises, company sales decreasing annually.
