Independent work; little management over sight, expect to work hard during busy season

Pros

Bonus and incentives was a good way to get employees to build more computers.

Cons

Expected to produce 30 computers a day when some build orders are much more difficult. Management changed conditions to building computers (with a partner) which can slow you down but still expect you to help someone else.
