They offer, open lines of communication for all its Employees and contractors- 24 X 7 X 365, work-life flexibility and a competitive pay and benefits, for all of us. The Sr. Management firmly believes in “people are our greatest asset.” Ex-Employees are open heartedly Welcomed back to Office, if they, seek/ make or request, a comeback.
Cons
Recognition of the real hard-work and dedication of any deserving, individual Employee or a Team Member, and recommend to Management, for a promotion and appraisal on time, without an employee's demand of the same.
