      Coworkers Challenging work Used to be a great environment to learn

      Middle management Upper management C-Suite They overburden their employees without proper pay increases till you put in notice. Lost 95% of their tenured staff, so there is a massive knowledge gap and the inability to properly train and support new employees.

      No Longer a Good Place To Work

      Cheap health insurance. Cool office prior to covid.

      Cons

      The place has gone downhill since it was purchased by Vista Capital. They have gutted what once was a great and fun company. I would not recommend this as a place to work. Steve Lucas is all talk with no action. The Professional Services division has been decimated by departures. This company will be sold off by Vista and then die a slow death.
