Experience in the PS and CS teams no career progression  Leadership say nasty things behind people’s backs You can get away with doing nothing if you feed gossip Rude comments made by the highest people behind other team member's backs, which is really unprofessional  Hostile working environment and lots of unnecessary pressure Questionable management decisions. Easy to get cut out if you're not a favourite.
