      Pros

      Solid benefits, but most software companies can compete. Also, the pay is subpar. Most that leave are finding similar jobs making 20k +.

      Cons

      Executive leadership team does not care about the employees (especially the COO). They’re just greedy, unappreciative dictators. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not... iCIMS has become such a sad company. Most employees are burnt out, unhappy, and looking for new opportunities.

      I applied to a job on their website and was contacted immediately. The recruitment team was very friendly and helpful. The interviews went well and everyone painted a great picture of the role, culture, and positive environment at iCIMS.
