Research other Vista Equity companies and see what happened to their culture once Vista took over. The original vision & culture that was iCIMS is no longer the case, which is no surprise that we've seen so many executives leave this year, then Steve Lucas was appointed to take over (came from Marketo, which Vista Equity sold to Adobe).
There are so many flagrant red flags for this year - changes in territory, management, quota (can't even calculate your commissions as it uses a complex formula) and management becoming much more micro-management with all the intense pressure they're getting from executives. You're just another name that brings in $ to the business and there's no sincere appreciation.
Speak with any tenured iCIMS Sales reps and they'll also vocalize how much less they're making in overall earnings year over year the longer they stay at iCIMS as well.
Just run away, it's not worth being at iCIMS anymore.
