      HR team is responsive and organized- definitely more than other companies I interviewed with. Interview team seemed genuinely interested in my background, and I'm looking forward to get to work!

      Pros

      Holmdel based, easy commute prior to COVID, easier commute working from home. A little tough because all employees are working remotely but I don’t think that’s any different than any other tech company. I’ve seen this company change a lot in two+ years and it’s better now. Definitely bigger. I’ve been here long enough to see the “Priorities” change every 30 days and for the first time in a long time, we are consistent. Above all else, we are growing. In sales that matters. But I could always get better leads.

      Way too much territory change, hope this time it sticks.
