Pros

Some of the most incredible coworkers

Cons

Where to begin... - Let’s start by clarifying that the majority of high ratings on here are coming from new hires who are required to post a review after onboarding. This therefore skews the Glassdoor rating significantly. - CRO came in and drastically increased workloads while significantly decreasing pay. It feels as if job responsibilities are constantly changing and it is difficult to keep up. iCIMS asks that you embrace change, yet the majority of their changes within the last year have been incredibly negative. It is nearly impossible to complete all of your work within the work day, and it is incredibly disheartening when you are taking home so much less money. The changes that iCIMS has been making negatively impacted the only d positive culture here. - Tenured executives made a mass exodus and new incompetent ones have replaced them. The new CEO holds weekly COVID related meetings and spoon feeds employees lies and nonsense. These meetings are unproductive and despite being told we are still a very financially healthy company, over 10% of employees were recently laid off. During this time though, the new CEO decided to hire his daughter. The nepotism and complete lack of transparency is nauseating. Prior to the mass lay offs, we were shown how poorly we are doing in employee satisfaction surveys. It is also odd that prior to the lay offs we were told that we need to drastically improve our attrition rate. - You will never know where you stand with management as one second you are on track for a promotion and the next you are not. It also doesn’t help that it is difficult to keep up with how drastically your job responsibilities change day in and day out. Management rarely provides any actionable or constructive feedback. It was also very obvious as to who they were pushing out. Despite work performance, certain employees were put under a microscope. Something shady has been happening for quite some time, and certain members of leadership were in on it while others were blindsided. - As others mention on here, sales is favored. Expect to be treated with little respect from this department.

Great company before the PE firm replaced entire executive team

Pros

This was an amazing place to work prior to the private equity firm acquired them and replaced the entire executive team.

Cons

New CEO is the epitome of a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Completely restructures organization, changed salary’s and compensation plans (along with roles and responsibilities) multiple times. Additionally, the CEO and others from the executive team got in a room, with NO conversation with people managers, directors, etc. and just made significant cuts due to the pandemic, YET they had enough cash to acquire a company after the layoffs. DO NOT WORK HERE... I still have many friends in the organization who said moral is really, really low and the new C-Suite no longer cares about people, only how they can get the PE Firm to their exit faster.
