Pros

The benefits truly are amazing, some unlike I've ever seen previously. Your direct managers still want you to succeed, so that is still nice to have with you on a day to day basis.

Cons

It used to be that employees were expected to provide customers with the best possible service that they could find in the industry, when you could respond to customers at a maximum within 24 hours, however, after iCIMS was purchased by Vista Equity, the message has been to SELL SELL SELL, not thinking of how this would impact customer experience on the other side of the fence. Only one side of the business has been scaled, and that is sales, not the support, or professional services teams. The end result of this is literally 3-4x more work, with the same level of service expected to be provided, which is simply not realistic.

The interview process was extremely transparent and the team was flexible to accommodate my schedule. Throughout the process the provided feedback on next steps and timeline. Once I excepted the process the on-boarding was outlined and during the unprecedented times we are in the communication was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Clear, honest, transparent. I was impressed with how easy it was to get in touch with the recruiters and how personable they were. Interviewing during this quarantine can't be easy, but they made it seem as though there were no issues on the back-end.
