Pros

* Transparency across all levels of the company. It's a core tenet of iCIMS, and something that has been eye-opening and welcome based on previous employer experiences. * Employee investment. The company provides tremendous people and resources for career and personal growth. Weekly meetings with your manager guide you towards your goals. * Work/Life Balance. I can see a mutual respect among everyone from managers to project teammates for each other's time. Communication and common sense are key. I have not had any issues being able to work from home or taking a PTO when necessary. Regular business hours and no late nights or weekends for developers. * Great People. The development team is growing and up to around 100 people now. Nice mix of experience levels. Everyone I've dealt with is helpful and nice. Feels like a true team working together toward one goal. * Office. New office in Bell Works (formerly Bell Labs) in Holmdel, NJ. The iCIMS office space is modern and spacious. The Bell Works building itself is filling out and hopefully will have several more restaurants and amenities like a bigger gym, hair salon and medical office soon. Many lunch time restaurants are within a 15 minute drive.

Cons

* Hands-On Training for new hires. The general company onboarding is solid and a positive experience. The technical onboarding was sparse and not deep. This is where having great teammates and colleagues helps to fill the gaps. However, this 'con' has been communicated to management and they are taking steps to improve it.
