I was incredibly impressed with the interview process when I applied to iCIMS. Each candidate must go through several interviews before being hired for the company. Although this may sound like a lot, it really shows how much iCIMS cares about who they hire. With each interview, the people are nothing but kind and approachable, making the candidates feel completely at ease through each step in the process. They are very clear on what they are looking for and are very open and honest with you along the way. It's honestly the best interview process I've ever gone through.

Technical recruiter was responsive, candid, trustworthy. The recruiter articulated clearly about iCIMS's overall mission, talent strategy and company culture. The recruiter not only focused on my technical skills, but also emphasizes my character and experiences as important factors to drive iCIMS's growth and success. The interview process was transparent and comprehensive, from senior manager, chief architect to principle software developers, they asked and validated my skills and experiences, drive and passion, but also shared company's vision, product strategy and more importantly company's culture, the importance of my career growth within the company. They let me have chances to ask questions about company, technology stack. They really care about talents. I was very impressed and had a phenomenal candidate experience.
