      Pros

      Work environment is great: The people are passionate and driven, and it's a fun environment to work in. Everyone is very friendly. Medical benefits are paid for which is amazing.

      Cons

      Lots of new employees so it's a learning process for all in this rapidly growing company.

      Pros

      The environment at iCIMS is highly collaborative, flexible, and motivating. Employees work very hard, but aren't worked to the bone. There is a healthy work-life balance and an emphasis on family life. iCIMS steady growth offers a variety of career opportunities for those who are interested in exploring other areas within the Company. They encourage internal promotions/transfers. I enjoy the strong teams and the continuous efforts to improve processes, systems, and better ourselves as employees.

      Cons

      The fast-growing, fast-paced environment isn't for everyone. Those who succeed at iCIMS are flexible, open to change, and motivated by challenges.

      - percentage colleagues who are siblings to each other is kinda scary. family over everything right?
