      Pros

      Great transparency from senior management surrounding company goals and objectives. Great team environment focused on hitting goals and objectives. No shortage of celebration when goals are met.

      Cons

      I would like to see more manager development programs. Appears to be a plan in place for it but not yet executed.

      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to grow tremendously from a professional perspective at iCIMS. The projects I have been assigned are challenging and rewarding. I've had to put in long hours at times and work through directional shifts that I feel are just a natural part of being at a growing company.

      Cons

      Again, because of the high growth, priorities do change - so you'd have to be extremely flexible to be comfortable working in this environment. If anything it keeps things interesting and the company continues to be consistently successful overtime. Work-life balance is fair - especially in comparison to other companies I have worked at.
