One of the worst company to work with, I couldn’t survive there for one month, so had to abscond because of the toxic work culture

Cons : don’t know where to start with, was part of Talent team and the 1month I worked there is really a nightmare. you have to say the reason to take the leave then based on the leave manager will tell which leave you have to apply, but giving reason is compulsory, the level of micromanagement is something you can not imagine. you will be constantly questioned by the manager on every single task you do, you will be scolded in stand up calls. you have to login around 9:45 for standup call though you end up with working till 9:30 in the evening. Manager is least bothered about wellbeing’s of the team and Team shouldn’t go for lunch or breaks as team and should go individually. You will get compared with the other team members on your 1:1 discussions and stand up calls and mostly 1:1 discussions are taking about others rather than the your improvement. Yet no one in the entire team will not dare to take it to next level because of the consequences
