      1. A product firm 2. A life spending account of 36k INR

      Cons

      1. Everything is controlled solely from the US, and the back office is located in India. 2. Less job security; anyone, even senior managers, can be fired and placed on PIP. 3. There is no remote option; two days of in-person work are required. 4. When compared to other product-based enterprises, India's perks are below average. 5. If you have other choices, think about them. 6. Layoffs are very common; they have not occurred in India as of yet, but they have occurred a couple of times in the US.

      Pros

      iCIMS is a great company with the best culture I have seen in any company. Everyone you work with has the same drive and passion and works collaboratively. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help no mater whether or not they know you. iCIMS believed in developing it' s employees and supports them in these transitions.

      There are no bad points to this company I love it!

      Pros

      This company lives by its core values. It really is a caring company wanting to make a difference internally to its employees and externally to the people who use its services.Makes you feel like you are always part of a team infact a family even though growing at a rapid rate. you really get out what you put in - work hard you will get rewarded.

      Cons

      Ive not really come across any real concerns with iCIMS in my 3 years. open door policy stops any situations escalating to a concern.
