      Fast Paced Company that Continues to Grow...and Grow

      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to grow tremendously from a professional perspective at iCIMS. The projects I have been assigned are challenging and rewarding. I've had to put in long hours at times and work through directional shifts that I feel are just a natural part of being at a growing company.

      Cons

      Again, because of the high growth, priorities do change - so you'd have to be extremely flexible to be comfortable working in this environment. If anything it keeps things interesting and the company continues to be consistently successful overtime. Work-life balance is fair - especially in comparison to other companies I have worked at.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, so many things to learn. The company has open communication for the most part. Cool watching the business professionalize. The software isn't too shabby either.

      Cons

      Not everyday is rainbows. You are expected to work hard and overcome challenges, often on your own. Young company + growth = growing pains... and they can be prevalent at times. Big focus on the "bottom line".

      iCIMS truly cares about its employees and customers. Company vision and goals are clearly communicated by CEO Colin Day. Everyone knows what their part is in working towards the common goal. Great Company Culture. Excellent Benefits. Rewarding Work. Bagel Fridays. Strong Leadership. Very Strong Product Offering in he Marketplace.

      Cons

      Hours are long, if someone does not proportionality manage their work/life balance they could burn out quickly.
