Good company, but has no employee friendly policies, biased, believe in firing

Pros

1. gives good health insurance more than other companies 2. gives good joining bonuses 3. gives educational reimbursement for higher education and courses 4. gives lifestyle expenses 5. Has office at nice location in India

Cons

1. Fires immediately even for a small escalation, which could be fake as well 2. no appreciation on good work 3. no timely feedback and learning opportunity 4. people try to please CEO and other leaders and screw other people 5. company is full biased towards certain and hatred towards certain 6. not equal opportuity for all

Pros

iCIMS recently started India operations and doing great. Work-Life balance is good. Perfect training for new hires in Engineering. Latest Tech Stack Market Leader in terms of product. In PF the employer contribution is not your part of CTC.

Cons

It is a product company but for India office benefits are very average(like service based companies).

Pros

Fridays stuff-your-face-with-bagels. This is probably not going to be there anymore even after COVID-19 passes. Good coworkers depending on your team.

Cons

Nepotism & hypocrisy: This company was tweeting about giving local hospitals $30k, even while cancelling 100+ internships and executing 120 layoffs, on pay-paid! Just stunning! Next, it plan to open shop in India and hunt for cheap labor. So, definitely not a safe place to bet your career on, no matter what your level.
