      Great supportive culture with a wonderful leadership team

      You need to be very self motived and willing to look for your answers- not always the easiest to find- but they are there

      - Great benefits - Good people (although you can find good people about anywhere) - Great product helps the company overcome a lot of the cons below

      Cons

      - Understaffed almost across the board - Lot of people leaving (which is a red flag) - A lot of middle management (Manager to VP) not great at their jobs, due in large part due to inexperience - New leadership and upper management only care about going public and cashing in themselves - Not a pay for performance culture - Don't expect to benefit from company success
