Pros
The work culture was really good. Coworkers were friendly and willing to teach. The processes were decently easy to understand. I learned many of my fundamental programming knowledge here, especially the technologies that conpanies use to build their services The managers only focused on managing, so they were very effective at managing.
Cons
Naturally, compensation is a bit low for engineers, but that's to be expected
