They are completely disorganized and make multiple mistakes. They have no clue how to manage contracts or their people. - They made a mistake and told us we are not getting paid due to the shutdown and asked us not to work. We later found out that was a mistake and we were getting paid. It was extremely embarrassing to apologize to the client. - They were not aware that the contract was ending and that they needed to submit a renewal application. So the entire team is losing their job because of this. - The CEO has no idea what she is doing or what is going on with the company.

The owners are horrible. they bend and break the laws, they are racist and sexist, and they underpay their employees. Making a complaint to HR is nonexistent because they don't care. Corporate actually laughs at your complaints rather than attempting to fix them. You complain that they are sexist, they gather together and say you have an ailment or simplex that enables you to think. It's horrible. save yourself the hassle. Work for someone who has common decency and at least a basic college degree.
