A few good coworkers, remote opportunity

Felt really unorganized in terms of goals and tasks, especially management. Managers were not supportive. Several employees left due to silly reasons, adding more pressure towards the team

Laid back atmosphere, great office space, CEO is very passionate about the company and the success of his employees. Benefits are great, pay is fair.

Cons

There are a few managers who are not the right fit. Remote work is not usually an option.
