What a joke!

Recommend
CEO approval

Pros

Some of the few people that are left are good but pretty much everyone is overworked and checked out. The company just keeps piling up more and more work on people. Working remote is nice and you can determine your own workload at this point.

Cons

We used to have a cool group of people working here and a strong leadership team that actually gave us honest updates and showed slackers the door. The CEO was the COO and never ran the company then or brought in a single sale. He is your typical sales guy and tells fairy tales and twisted stories of fantom customers that has magically kept him in command. Every few months is a "new, exciting" buzz word.

Pros

1) Some have an option to work from home 2) Operational employees are great people

Cons

1) TERRIBLE PAY! Stay away unless you want to work for peanuts. Analyst position = $35,000 2) Job description will not represent your actual responsibilities 3) New responsibilities are added without compensation 4) Management is resistant to raises and rejects requests to discuss them 5) No performance reviews (I believe this is done on purpose to prevent an opportunity to ask for a raise) 6) Zero work/life balance 7) You are seen as a "paid asset" that can be utilized for whatever management wants you to do without regard to your skills or interest in the responsibility. 8) You will easily work 10 hours and upwards of 12-16 hr days with no overtime 9) One person for HR that simply sources new employees, and frequently, due to high turnover.
